Keegan Ales is excited to welcome The Sidemen to the brewery stage!

Snapper and Ken have been playing the blues since the late ’60’s. We started our journey during high school in Cornwall, NY. After graduation we set off on our own paths and lost contact for 35 years or so. We reconnected again around 2009 (thank you Facebook) and began planning. Eventually Ken moved back to the Hudson Valley and it was game on. Enlisting the help of Avery (Ken’s son) on drums and Matt Dowden on bass the Sidemen began to take form. It’s a really interesting mix of musicians. Two players in their 60’s and two players in their 20’s. Lots of fun, energy and learning in every direction.
