O+ is proud to partner with Athletic Brewing, Keegan Ales, Fat Tire and Overlook Bikes to bring you O+ Cycling ‘25. Your wristband grants you access to the entire O+ Festival, including a spot on one of the amazing rides below. ALL O+ Cycling rides meet up Saturday Oct 11 at Keegan Ales, registration at least 30 min before your ride departs.

The VO+2 Max: Led by the flying Italian wonder Jim Tommasetti, this route will be 100% road ride. It is a wondrous, fast paced adventure through the Mid-Hudson Valley passing cows, farms, reservoirs and more. A true roadie A, B and C level ride.

Distance: 55 miles     Start time: 9am from Keegan Ales (includes a rest stop!)

The FO+RZA 40 will be led by everyone’s favorite local trainer in Italian shoes Tom Lafera. This gravel ride will lead you past vistas while you enjoy traversing the R2R trail full of surprises with a leader whose sense of adventure may take you down some unknown paths.

Distance: 45 Miles       Start Time:  9:30 am from Keegan Ales. (includes a rest stop!)

The Scenic self-guided Road Ride: A self-guided 25-mile adventure on smooth Hudson Valley roads, this route is perfect for those who want to soak up the sights at their own pace. You’ll roll past rolling hills, wide-open farmland, and enough postcard-worthy views to fill your camera roll. Don’t worry—we’ve included a rest stop to refuel and swap stories before the final stretch back. It’s all about good roads, good vibes, and getting those legs turning. Start and finish at Keegan Ales, where BBQ and brews will be waiting to toast your ride!

Mural to Mural Bike Ride: Led by O+ Educator Aimee Gardner on a Fat Tire cruiser. Hear fun facts, mural production secrets and insights into the artist’s ideas and inspirations. All ages. Start Time: 11am
