Beer Sessions Radio party at Keegan Ales Brewery in conjunction with Hudson Rising River Tour
July 20th 2013 7pm-9pm Beer Sessions Radio party hosted by Jimmy Carbone at Keegan Ales Brewery
Jimmy Carbone is the co-founder of The Good Beer Seal and host of Beer Sessions Radio, an all craft beer talk show on the Heritage Radio Network.
The Hudson Rising River Tour makes its way up the Hudson River, stopping at four of the Hudson Valley’s greenest cities. The tour visits some of the best local breweries, and stops at the waterfronts where you can climb aboard some awesome heritage ships.
Keegan Ales will screen the trailer for the Hudson Rising Documentary. Then come hang out with brewmaster Tommy Keegan while we taste some of Keegans ‘ best brews.
Check out www.hudsonrising.com for more festival information and follow them @beer_sessions.
Allow us to introduce the most recent addition to our Anniversary series, the Longest Day IPA. This session-able IPA comes to you with a powerful citrus and floral hop aroma that lures you in, followed by a light and drinkable body that makes it perfect for drinking on a summer evening, after a long day at work.
This beer was brewed to celebrate our recent expansion, in which we added two new 80 barrel fermentation tanks to the brewery. The expansion was completed all by the hard work and dedication of our in-house staff, with a little help from a fork lift. After installing and brewing into these new tanks, we looked to create a beer that we could enjoy, and give us a pat on the back for a hard days work.
Enjoy this time-lapse video (credited by Andy Milford), bringing you through the installation in just over 3 minutes!
